Mentorship SMS Program Terms

Program operator and scope

Noah Lexton Ray operates the NoNoSellzz mentorship SMS program. These terms cover messaging only. Mentorship purchases, prices, payment plans, refunds, and coaching services are governed by the separate terms presented before purchase.

Types of messages

If you choose the non-marketing SMS option, messages may include mentorship application follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. If you separately choose marketing SMS, messages may include mentorship program information, offers, and updates.

Consent

You join by entering your phone number and actively selecting the relevant, unchecked SMS consent option on the mentorship application. Marketing consent is separate from service-message consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Provide only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your application, appointments, conversations, and selected message types. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Stop messages

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To join again, use the application opt-in options or contact support for instructions. If your number changes or you no longer control it, contact us to update your record.

Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected]. SMS is not an emergency service.

Delivery

Messages depend on mobile networks and may be delayed or not delivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability can vary by carrier, device, and location.

Privacy

We collect and use contact information, appointment details, communication records, and consent choices to operate the program. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers necessary to operate the program may process information for message delivery and related services.

Changes

Updates to this program or these terms will be reflected in the published version. Material changes in message purpose or consent requirements require a new appropriate opt-in.
